The Love and The Grace of God

Phil 4:6-7 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be make known to God; And the peace of God, which surpasses every man's understanding, will guard your hearts and you thoughts in Christ Jesus.

Blackforest Cake

Gonna introduce to all the reader our main chef..... Ta da... Miss Roxanne.. She's only 14... so we are going to carry out another wonderful cake.. Blackforest... (Chocolate cake)

Here we go.. for us this is a tough job.. seperating the egg york and the white egg.. anyway we do a great job..

First of all, mix the sponge cake mix flour with 65gm of water and beat it for about 15 minutes...

Then add in egg york..

Coco powder and is ready..

First layer is ready to go into oven..

Done with the first layer.. repeat the same process for the second layer..

Place cherries on top of it with cream (fresh cream + castard sugar beat until fluffy)..

Place the other piece on top of it with cream as well..

Spread the leftover cream all over the cake.. and it look like this.. Since we are not skillful enough, the cake look a bit awkward..

And is ready to be served!!!

Eventually, we put some garnish to beauty it up.. chocolate topping..
Haha.. then it look nice and delicious.. yummy..
Gonna have some more try with different cakes.. stay tune..
